Those who do not want to spend much on the software update for their iPod touch, apple released 1.1.5, which according to Macworld is no difference between 1.1.4 and the latter. The release note wasn’t available too!
 
Its disappointing that it has same security fixes as in 2.0 update and same way as Tiger is still updated with security patches. There is no such thing like “update” in that. No functionality has been offered. Its better you download the update through iTunes, after connecting your iPod and opting out the 2.0 update, if any available.
