French artist and videographer, David Lasnier used the Brushes app and composed a painting on his iPod and uploaded his artwork to Flickr. The paintings immediately garnered praises and links from the commenter and bloggers. Lasnier said that the small screen and limited types of brush limit the possibilities, still it boosts his creativity. The Brushes app has its own Flicks group having a number of regular contributors. These contributors create and elaborate professional illustrations with the help of a simple program.
