Apple has recently introduced a new application in its App stores that help in re-downloading the purchased applications. There is no need to worry if you don’t have a back up for your iTunes library. This application will solve your entire problem.
For re-downloading an already bought application, you just need to reach the desired application and tap ‘Buy’. After entering your password, the App store will make out from their records that you have previously bought the same application or not. Hence they will give you an additional free download, if bought already. Once you tap ‘OK’, the application will start downloading on your iPhone.
